Declaration of Consent for the Publication of Photographs and Videos
Photographs and video recordings will be taken during the THEATERWELTEN festival events. The BDAT may use these recordings in topic-related printed materials for documentation, information and public relations purposes, and may also share them with the press and partner organisations. Photographs and video recordings made during the THEATERWELTEN festival events may also be published online, including on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, for documentation, information and public relations purposes.
I have been informed that photographs and videos in which I appear may be accessed worldwide when published online or on social media. Further use and/or alteration by third parties cannot be ruled out. Unless withdrawn, this consent shall remain valid indefinitely. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. The withdrawal of consent must be submitted to the user in text form, either by letter or email. The user cannot guarantee the complete deletion of published photographs and video recordings from the internet, as other websites may, for example, have copied or altered them. The user cannot be held liable for the nature or manner of their use by third parties, including the downloading of photographs and videos and their subsequent use or alteration. Photographs and videos are published online or in local, regional or national print media for the purposes of the user’s legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The user’s legitimate interest lies in informing the public by reporting on the user’s activities. The rights are granted without remuneration.
